A: Saipan is a U.S. territory. Travelers can apply for ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization) for visa-free entry. The ETA is valid for 2 years after approval, and it is recommended to prepare it in advance; in addition, you need to apply for a customs declaration QR code within 5 days before departure. Travelers holding a valid U.S. visa do not need to apply for ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization), but also need to apply for a customs declaration QR code within 5 days before departure.
Q: Are there any special requirements for the passport?
A: The passport must be valid for more than 190 days from the end date of the trip, and there must be at least 3 blank pages left.

Q: How to handle internet access in Saipan?
A: You can purchase a SIM card supporting “Saipan” or “Northern Mariana Islands” in Hong Kong in advance, or buy it directly at the counter on the right after exiting the arrival hall at Saipan Airport. Free WIFI is available at the airport and hotels.
II. Transportation & Flight Information
Q: Can I check in online in advance?
A: No. Since the airline needs to verify entry documents such as ETA, customs QR code, hotel and air ticket orders one by one at the counter, all travelers must go to the airport counter to check in. Please make sure to arrive at the airport 2.5 hours in advance.
Q: What is the flight schedule?
A:
- 6 Days 4 Nights (Departure on Sunday): Outbound flight departs at 18:25; Return flight departs at 02:55.
- 5 Days 3 Nights (Departure on Thursday): Outbound flight departs at 18:25; Return flight departs at 02:55.
- Note: Saipan time is 2 hours ahead of Hong Kong time.
Q: How to get to the hotel after arriving in Saipan?
A: Round-trip airport transfers are included in the air-hotel package. After arriving at the airport, please look out for the tour guide holding a white sign with “Century Travel” – he will transfer you to the hotel for check-in. On the last day, the tour guide will also inform you of the departure transfer time (around 00:30 a.m.).
III. Hotel Accommodation
Q: What is the difference between Crowne Plaza and Century Hotel?
A:
- Crowne Plaza: A 5-star beachfront hotel with private beach, breakfast, late check-out and free water activities.
- Century Hotel: Located in the city center, affordable, without breakfast or late check-out (can be added for an extra fee).
Q: What is the difference between Ocean View and OceanFront View?
A: The room views are basically the same; the main difference lies in the floor:
- OceanFront View: Located on floors 7-8 (high floors) with an unobstructed and wide view.
- Ocean View: Located on floors 2-6, and some views may be slightly blocked by garden plants.
- Ocean View Suites are also located on high floors and are additionally equipped with an independent living room.
Q: If the return flight is in the early morning on the last day, can I check out late?
A:
- Crowne Plaza: Late check-out until 01:00 a.m. is included in the package.
- Century Hotel: Check-out is at 12:00 noon. If late check-out is needed, an additional HK$330 per person is required.
Q: What time is the hotel breakfast served?
A: Breakfast at Crowne Plaza Hotel is served daily from 06:30 to 10:00 at The Terrace Restaurant in the hotel.
IV. Local Activities & Consumption
Q: How to book the time for local tours (Local Tour)?
A: After placing an order on the website, please inform us of your preferred activity date and time via WhatsApp (e.g., Small Plane at 9:00am on 4/18). We will try our best to arrange it; if the time slot is full, we will provide a similar time for your choice. The earlier you book, the higher the success rate.
Q: Is there any discount for purchasing Local Tour?
A: For guests who have purchased the air-hotel package, if they place an order in the “Local Tour Activities” category on the website and enter the discount code 【localtour88】 within 7 working days before departure, they can enjoy a 12% discount (i.e., 88% of the original price).
Q: Is there a pick-up and drop-off service for Local Tour?
A: Yes. All activities booked through our company include pick-up and drop-off service. Please wait in the hotel lobby at the scheduled activity time, and the transfer staff will call your name/room number.
Q: What is the itinerary for the popular North Island Tour?
A: This tour is a group tour, usually departing at around 13:30 on the first day of arrival. The tour guide will take you to famous scenic spots such as the Last Command Post and Banzai Cliff, and return to the hotel at around 15:30.
Q: I want to participate in “Sea Touch (Stingray Interaction)”. Do I need to make a reservation?
A: It is recommended to make a reservation at the Sea Touch Centre next to the Kids Pool after arriving at the hotel (business hours: 10:30-15:30). If you are worried about it being full, it is recommended to make a reservation on the first day of arrival.
Q: Can I use a credit card for consumption in Saipan?
A: Most restaurants and stores accept credit cards, but activities and consumption on Managaha Island (Warship Island) only accept cash. Please remember to bring an appropriate amount of US dollars.
V. Change, Cancellation & Special Circumstances
Q: What if the flight is cancelled due to force majeure such as typhoons or wars?
A: In case of special circumstances such as weather (e.g., typhoon), natural disasters, wars, strikes or any other events beyond the company’s control, we provide the following options:
- Option 1: Postpone the trip – Customers can apply to postpone the trip, which must be completed within 6 months from the original departure date. We will waive the administrative fee, but customers must bear the price difference caused by seasons or weekends/holidays from the relevant airline or hotel.
- Option 2: Cancel the trip – If you decide to cancel the trip, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting the actual incurred costs and the administrative fee of HK$800 per person.
Q: How long does the refund process take?
A: The refund process usually takes 14 to 30 working days, depending on the processing progress of the airline and the bank.
Q: After placing an order and confirming it, can I apply for a refund, reschedule or transfer the booking due to personal reasons?
A: No. Since the travel package involves booking air tickets and hotel rooms, once the order is confirmed and paid, no refund, rescheduling or transfer of the quota is allowed unless the above-mentioned force majeure circumstances occur. Please make sure to check your personal information and travel dates carefully before placing the order.
