Terms and Conditions:
- Package is valid for a minimum of 2 or more adults departing at the same time.
- Free pick-up service will be provided by sharing a tour bus or private car with other guests.
- Crowne Plaza Resort enjoy a complimentary last night with late check-out until 12 a.m.
- Children aged 12 or above must occupy a bed and are priced at the same price as adults.
- All above fares exclude per person Hong Kong security tax, airport tax, airport construction fee, airline fuel surcharge (if applicable), local airport tax, entry tax, quarantine tax and other related taxes & service charges. Total taxes amount to HKD 555 per passenger.
- Both Hong Kong Airlines direct flights HX72 and HX73 to/from Saipan are operated on block seats. Flight and hotel confirmation documents will be issued collectively 2 to 3 days prior to departure.
- Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- Once the product is booked, no refunds or amendments are allowed. In case of inclement weather (e.g. typhoons), natural disasters, wars, strikes or any other special circumstances beyond our control, the following options are available:
Option 1: Postpone the trip
You may apply for a travel reschedule, and the new trip must be completed within 6 months counting from the original departure date. Administrative fees will be waived, but you shall bear any price differences charged by the airline or hotel due to seasonal rates or peak / off-peak periods.
Option 2: Cancel the trip
If you choose to cancel, we will refund the remaining amount after deducting actual incurred costs and an administrative fee of HK$800 per person. - All no-show departures will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and fees paid will not be refunded.

- In accordance with the regulations of the Saipan Immigration Bureau, if the passenger is pregnant, she needs to call our company staff to check whether the trip can be arranged.
- If there is any dispute, the hotel and the company reserve the right to make the final decision on the dispute and issues related to this package.
- Passengers aged 70 and above must be accompanied by an immediate family member or sign a consent form, provide a medical examination report within the past year, and purchase high-risk insurance.
