I. Ticket Booking and Cancellation Terms
1. This ticket is for group seating. Upon confirmation, it is non-refundable, and no changes to the travel date or passenger name will be permitted.
2. The flight confirmation will be issued 2–3 working days before departure.
II. Other Important Notes
1. When booking your tickets, you must provide the true full names of all travelers (exactly matching the names on passports or identity cards, with no errors, omissions or abbreviations), passport numbers, dates of birth and other relevant information. If the ticket becomes unusable or you are denied boarding due to incorrect information provided by you, you shall bear all related losses, and our agency shall not be liable for any responsibility.
2. The seat reservation is valid for 48 hours. You must complete payment within the deadline notified by our agency. Failure to pay by the deadline will result in automatic cancellation of the reserved seat. Our agency will not give further notice and shall not be liable for any compensation.
3. When traveling, you must carry valid documents (such as passport, visa, etc.) that match your ticket information and ensure the documents are within their validity period.
If you are denied boarding or entry due to document problems, you shall bear all relevant losses.
4. All ticket prices are exclusive of taxes. If the airline adjusts taxes, fuel surcharges or other fees temporarily, we will notify you promptly, and you are required to pay the relevant price difference.
