Terms and Conditions:
- Package is valid for a minimum of 2 or more adults departing at the same time.
- Free pick-up service will be provided by sharing a tour bus or private car with other guests.
- The package includes a marathon entry. After 10th February 2026, no changes to the race category or cancellations of participation will be allowed.
- If you wish to have your name included in the official handbook, you must complete registration and payment by 1st February 2026.
- Given the unique nature of overseas marathon registration, the registration fee is non-transferable and non-refundable. After the registration deadline, no cancellation of registration or changes to registration information will be accepted under any circumstances.
- The Full Marathon and Half Marathon will start in the early morning. Participants must bring their own headlamps/flashlights.
- It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance on your own.
- Participants must ensure they are in good health, have a foundation in long-term running practice, and have completed training sessions or races of at least the same distance as the registered event.During the race, participants shall bear full responsibility for any personal injury or property damage resulting from their own physical conditions or other personal reasons.
- Crowne Plaza Resort enjoy a complimentary last night with late check-out until 12 a.m.
- Children aged 12 or above must occupy a bed and are priced at the same price as adults.
- The above fees do not include Hong Kong Security Levy, Airport Tax, Airport Construction Fee, Airline Fuel Surcharge (if applicable), local airport tax, immigration tax, quarantine tax and other taxes and service charges per person, totaling HKD 500.
- Since Hong Kong Airlines direct flights HX76 and HX77 from Saipan are both block seat flights, air ticket and hotel confirmation letters will be sent 2-3 days before the departure date.
- Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- Once the product is ordered, it cannot be returned or changed.
- All no-show departures will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and fees paid will not be refunded.
